Terms and Conditions of Use

Overview

This mobile application (the “App”) is operated by LUXE City Guides. Throughout the app, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LUXE City Guides. LUXE City Guides offers this app, including all information, tools and services available from this app to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By using our app, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the app, including without limitation users who are customers, vendors, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

  1. LUXE City Guides (the “Service”) provides travel information for selected destinations which may be downloaded onto mobile devices and/or tablets.
  1. Only certain devices support the Service. You should check whether your device is compatible before using the Service. You may contact us for the latest supporting device information, or refer to the corresponding app store.
  1. The Service is for personal and non-commercial use only and you must not:
    1. resell, modify or copy the content;
    2. use the content for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the content
  1. Service charges and roaming data charges apply when you update content and open in-app browser. Roaming data charges vary between different roaming destinations.
  1. With each purchase, the guide comes with free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Privacy Policy

LUXE City Guides iOS SDK uses the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for the following purposes:
  • Attribute app installation to a previously served advertisement
  • Attribute an action taken within the app to a previously served advertisement

LUXE City Guides respects user’s Limit Ad Tracking setting in iOS and fully complies with Apple’s “Limited Advertising Purposes” as defined in the iOS Developer Program License Agreement when this setting is enabled by a user.

During product registration we collect your name and email. Occasionally, we may send you emails about updates of our products and valuable offerings. You can at any time request a copy of your personal data we have on record, request correction of such data and/or request removal of your personal data from our mailing list by emailing: privacy@luxecityguides.com. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy from time to time.

Trademarks and Copyright

We own all the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and domain names relating to LUXE City Guides used on or in connection with this App. All our information, advertising copy, taglines and other literature are copyright of LUXE Limited. Copying, transmitting, storing or using any of these materials in whole or in part without our permission infringes our copyright and is prohibited except to the extent permitted below: Limited Copying Notice These pages and the separate copyright works contained therein may be viewed on screen, downloaded or printed for your personal use as is reasonable for private purposes. You may recopy material on our app to other individuals for their personal information only if:
  1. You acknowledge our site or app as the source of the material (you must include such acknowledgement and ‘LUXE Limited’ in the copy of the material);
  2. You inform the third party that these conditions apply to him/her and that he/she must comply with them.
